Have you ever made fresh pasta from scratch? Join the Sola chefs to create with your hands delicious Tagliatelle and Garganelli. Our Chef Luigi Speranza and Luigi Porceddu will teach you all the secrets and tricks to became a “Master Pasta Maker”.

Your Pasta will be joining his best friend, our Sauce!! You will pair your delicious Tagliatelle with a traditional Ragu’ Bolognese sauce and your to-die-for Garganelli with Fresh Basil Pesto sauce.
