Esther’s passion and love for food transpires in each dish she prepares. From our signature dishes, to her own additions to the menu, such as our Insalata Rossa and Insalata Verde, Salmon Tartare, Fideua pasta (Capelli d’Angelo with Lobster and Squid) and the famous Spaghetti Quattro Pomdori.
